SOCIETY
In the heart of human masses, curtains unfold,
A place where love and hate, like intertwined threads, are told.
In this vast societal expanse, both peace and corruption hold,
A dance of life, where stories of war and happiness are bold
Here, in the cradle of diverse existence, souls survive,
The literate and illiterate, in their unique ways, strive.
Social statuses vary, like colors in a vibrant hive,
Each individual, distinct, in this communal jive
The innocent and murderers, under the same sky,
Share the air, the land, where both truth and lies lie.
Proud and humble, in paradox, together tie,
As faithful and unfaithful, under the same roof, vie.
This realm, a collocation of justice and deceit,
Where truth is elusive, and lies often repeat
A place where wrongs are justified, criticism a common beat,
And friends' actions scrutinized, in every encounter and greet.
Humanity's diversity, in society, a vivid display,
A playground vast, where few distinctively sway
Politicians, the cunning masters of the strategic play,
While the rich exploit, and the poor often fall prey.
Oppression's shadow looms over those with little,
Their cries often muffled, caught in life’s brittle riddle.
Law enforcers, first to breach the laws they belittle,
Leaving a populace insecure, in fear's tightening fettle
Yet, in this chaotic blend of broken dreams and anxiety,
We stand united in our differences, a testament to society's variety.
Despite the turmoil, the injustice, the frequent impiety,
We remain, individually, part of this complex entity.
For society is us, a reflection of human diversity,
A mirror of our joys, our sorrows, our shared adversity
In this vast, intricate world of absolute uncertainty,
We are all citizens, threads in this tapestry of humanity.
